ABOUT ME

I am a late-diagnosed autistic woman with ADHD and dyslexia.
For much of my life, I struggled to understand why certain experiences felt more intense, exhausting or difficult to navigate than they seemed for other people. Studying neurodiversity and receiving my diagnoses gave me a new way of understanding myself and experiences that had previously felt confusing or isolating.
Vesna Quiet Support grew from this journey. Through reflective booklets, stories, case studies, collage and creative projects, I explore neurodivergence, identity, burnout, belonging and self-discovery. My aim is not to provide answers, but to encourage curiosity, reflection and greater understanding of ourselves and one another.
Alongside developing Vesna Quiet Support, I am studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity at the University of the West of Scotland. My interests include post-diagnostic support, neuro-inclusive communication, autistic burnout, late diagnosis, and the gap that often exists between support in theory and support in practice.
